Man, I wish I had stayed up and watched this develop. Go get em joe dirt. I needed a box of popcorn like the earlier post to listen to this. I think it is funny how ibeawildcat never gets on here until fooball season. Go get em.:mooning:

Well I think it is good for you guys to see what coaches put up with on a daily basis, especially in Pound. Man I am glad I got out of that mess.

trust me, anyone that has lived in wise county in the past 15 years knows what goes on up there.

Really, I don't know what folks in the Lb. think they've got up there as far as talent goes..nor do I care. BUT, there's an old saying concerning what ya can and can't make chicken salad from..and that applies to the situation up there. IMO, their last coach did a decent job as far as that goes..cuz he wasn't exactly enjoying much of a pool of talent whatsoever. One thing I have learned is that when a school allows "members of the community" to sit in on the hiring process of a new coach..it's wise to not walk, but RUN away from that whole farce. No matter where ya go, if the school won't back its coach in the face of meddling parents, it's in the coach's best interest to get the hell outta there..cuz there is no way to be successful in the face of that.. Just sayin'..

ala coach sanders, that man was a danged good coach when he was helping at Appy, then it just went all to hell for him when he left.

Back to the predictions..... How many games will it take for the Pound parents to be calling for the coaches head this year? Or is it already happening?
